Delete your Farwake account

You can ask us to delete your Farwake account and its data at any time. We complete every request within 30 days.

How to request deletion

Find your player ID. It is shown in the game.
Email office@kdincubator.com with the subject “Delete my Farwake account”. Send it through the contact link in the game’s settings, or from the email address you sign in with.
Include your player ID. If you signed in with Google, sending the email from that Google address helps us confirm the account is yours. We may ask one short question to confirm before we delete anything.

A “Delete account” button inside the game is on its way. Until then, email is the way to ask.

your game account, including the player ID and any linked Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google details;
your game saves for every faction;
your gem balance;
your purchase entitlements, such as passes, faction unlocks, ad-free rewards and the starter kit;
your daily ad-reward counts, time-zone offset and cheat-check records.

Deletion is permanent. Gems and items can’t be restored afterwards, even if you sign in again with the same Apple or Google account.

Purchase records (store transaction IDs, dates and amounts) are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, in Germany generally up to 10 years. They are used for nothing else.
Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of purchases under their own policies. Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google’s policies. You can reset your device’s advertising ID in your device settings.

We delete your account and game data within 30 days of your request.

Removing Farwake from your phone doesn’t delete your account or its data on our servers. To delete them, send the request above.
