Farwake support

Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google in the game on your current phone. On the new phone, install Farwake and sign in the same way. Your game, gems and purchases come back. If you never signed in, progress stays on the old device and can’t be moved.

Gems, passes and one-time purchases are saved to your Farwake account and shared by every faction you play. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, on a device that uses the same App Store or Google Play account you bought them with. If something is still missing, email us with your player ID and the store receipt or order number.

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use your order history in Google Play. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.

A reward is granted once the ad network confirms the view to our server. If the ad didn’t finish or your connection dropped, the reward may be missing. Rewarded ads also have a daily limit. If it keeps happening, email us with your player ID.

No. In Farwake, the civilisation you choose is permanent on that save. Factions unlocked with a purchase let you play another one alongside it.

Open the privacy settings in the game to change your consent for personalised ads. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings. Our Privacy Policy explains what is collected.
